We are so excited to welcome you to campus this fall! We will be sharing more move-in information here throughout the summer. In meantime, we encourage you to visit our prepping for move-in page to learn more about what to bring, what not the bring and more.

All residence hall students and Bear Creek residents must schedule a move-in appointment. To provide the best move-in experience, the number of daily appointments are limited. We very strongly encourage students to confirm move-in appointments before completing travel arrangements.

  • Students participating in pre-arrival programs, international students, and other special groups have variable move-in times.
  • Residence hallmove-in will take place between Sunday, Aug. 17 - Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025.
  • Bear Creek and Weber hall move-in will take place betweenSaturday, Aug. 16 - Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025.

Move-in Appointments

Appointment self-selection: Wednesday, June 25 at 9 a.m. – Tuesday, July 8 at 11:59 p.m.

To provide you with the best arrival experience, there are a limited number of move-in appointments available on each day. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once appointments during a designated time are filled, Residence Life staff are unable to add additional appointments.

To self-select a move-in appointment between June 25-July 8:

  • Log in to your MyCULiving portal and select “Move-in appointments” from the top, gold, bar.
  • Complete a brief questionnaire that will help us prepare for your arrival. Click “Save and Continue.”
  • Select the date, and time, of your desired move-in appointment. Click “Save and continue.”
  • Drop off day is an optional opportunity, for a cost, to come to campus early, see your room, and drop items into your space. If you’d like to schedule a drop off day appointment, select an available date and time, then click “save and continue” again. If you do not wish to schedule a drop off appointment, simply skip the page by clicking “save and continue” without selecting a date/time.
  • You will receive an automated email receipt of your appointment date and time. If you do not receive an automated receipt, please confirm that you have saved the last page.

To seek a reasonable accommodation, begin by registering with the Center for Disability and Access by submitting an the .
