Suicide Prevention

Talk About It

Suicide Prevention Week | Sept. 8–12

Join us for a week of events focused on mental health, connection and hope. From workshops and community gatherings to resources and stories of resilience, these programs are designed to help you support your own wellbeing and learn how to support others. Together, we can strengthen our community and remind one another—you are not alone.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death among college-aged students. Whether you or someone you know is having a hard time, it’s important to reach out or ask for help.
