Staff Change Requests
To better manage change requests for staff throughout the college, CEAS HR requests that supervisors and/or human resources liaisons (HRLs) formally request changes through their unit's assigned HR generalist.
Change Requests should be initiated by a supervisor or HRL on behalf of a staff employee within the College of Engineering & Applied Science. They can be requested for the following scenarios:
- Requesting a staff promotion
- Requesting a salary adjustment for a staff employee (without promotion)
- Requesting a new staff position (i.e. new headcount)
- Requesting to backfill a vacant staff position
- Requesting a new supervisor for a staff employee
