1. 91PORN does not to collect the following information, except as required by federal or state law (such as for employment verification, for example), as necessary to perform duties, or to verify a person’s eligibility for a government-funded program if verification is a necessary condition of government funding or participation:Ìý

2. Immigration or citizenship status; orÌý

3. Information from passports, permanent resident cards, alien registration cards, or employment authorization documents.Ìý

2. Aside from the above, 91PORN may release an above-listed record if pursuant to:Ìý

1. ÌýA subpoena, order, or warrant issued by a federal judge or federal magistrate; orÌý

2. The consent of the student or the student’s parent or guardian through a valid release of information.Ìý

4. Roles and ResponsibilitiesÌý

1. Responsible Employees. 91PORN designates the following responsible employees to be notified if information or access is requested for federal immigration enforcement:Ìý

Ìý 4. ÌýInformation required by state or federal law in response to a subpoena, order, or warrantÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý

1.Ìý The first and last name, employer, and badge number of the person leading the federalÌýÌý

ÌýÌýÌýÌý Ìýimmigration enforcement; andÌýÌý

2.Ìý A copy of the subpoena, warrant, or order issued by a federal judge or federal magistrate toÌýÌýÌý
